Here are my top 6 Ways To Protect Your Peace and Set Some Holiday Boundaries! Because Peace and Joy Are the Gift!

1- No one is entitled to have access to you if You don't want them to!
2- If your heart Isn’t in it: don’t do it, don’t go, don’t let them come over!
3- You don’t have to engage in negativity or be around ANYONE that makes you feel anxious or is disrespectful!
4- You don’t have to explain yourself to anyone!
5- You can stop negative conversations by saying “hey, I’m not talking about that today to ruin the holiday and asking you to respect that ”!
6- Protect your peace and your nervous system unapologetically!

A mother in Tampa Florida was murdered by her 22 year old son this week! Stabbed her to death in her home because she decided to let him back in her home.

An opera singer(father) was murder by his 30 year old son in LA

A mother and stepfather in their 70s in Powder Springs GA were shot to death by her 31 year old son

A couple(can’t recall location) were murdered by their son at their delicatessen

Another older couple were stabbed by their son. They’re living Thankfully!

Stop assuming because YOU won’t hurt your child THEY won’t hurt you!

And to the very ignorant lurkers on my page that say “kids aren’t abusive” you are a part of the problem and so are local authorities who do nothing until it’s too late!
