Ingredients:

- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz), softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste

- More basil leaves, chopped
- Red pepper flakes

¼ cup milk
6-ounce box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
1 ½ cups chicken broth (see notes below)
Fresh or dried parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Season the Chicken: Place the chicken tenderloins in the baking dish. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.

These indulgent bars combine crushed biscuits, three kinds of nuts, coconut, and cocoa, all bound together with honey and milk chocolate. Perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself!

Ingredients:

For the base mixture:

250 g (8.8 oz) plain tea biscuits or digestive biscuits, crushed

25 g (0.9 oz) pistachios, roughly chopped

25 g (0.9 oz) hazelnuts, roughly chopped

25 g (0.9 oz) almonds, roughly chopped

40 g (0.5 cup / 1.4 oz) coconut flakes

35 g (3 tbsp / 1.2 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder

A pinch of cinnamon

25 g (0.9 oz) unsalted butter, melted

54 g (2 tbsp / 1.9 oz) honey

250 ml (1.25 cups / 8.4 fl oz) milk

For the chocolate topping:

130 g (4.6 oz) milk chocolate, chopped

35 ml (2 tbsp / 1.2 fl oz) vegetable oil (for shine and smoothness)

Optional Decoration:

25 g (0.9 oz) milk chocolate, melted (for drizzling)

20 g (0.7 oz) pistachios, finely chopped

Directions:

Prepare the base:

Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 3-4 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, pulse flour and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into 6 rounds. Press into greased tart pans and prick the bottoms with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
3. In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 ball burrata cheese (about 8 oz)
¼ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

📝 Instructions:

Roast the Tomatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelized.

Toast the Bread:
