So what happens is, if you have reached out to U.S. government, alleging some kind of organized violation of your rights under color of law, and you don’t get what you believe is a fair and impartial resolution of your request – maybe you never even got a reply – and then we go under this extended lockdown – ELARA guarantees that you can reach out to your legislators, have access to them, and get meaningful relief.

Please resolve yourself to work with Opt IN USA in making December 10, 2020 the last Human Rights Day on which missing from mainstreamed lists of major human rights considerations is the role and impunity of America's judiciary in allowing our country's legal system to be regularly weaponized against U.S. government critics and other disfavored populations.

MEDIA & COMMUNITY ALERT -- International Press Release by Louisiana United International, Inc. (LUI) announcing its U.N. Submission and New Website Launch:

LUI cites the lack of conspicuous, intense, widespread public outcry and political pressure on behalf of people incarcerated in America as an indicator that the COVID-19 pandemic may lead to genocide. Today, the grassroots civil, constitutional, and human rights organization submitted a 15 page chart of relevant risk factors and indicators to the U.N. Office on Genocide Prevention and the Responsibility to Protect.

The Tragedy of George Floyd And The Need For Police Reform

“It comes down to the perceptions of people on both sides, law enforcement and the African American community. We can't fight and correct any of those perceptions without communications. Until we are able to begin working together, the cultural changes essential for good race relations in the context of U.S. law enforcement, cannot happen. I am absolutely optimistic that with the quality of people we have on our Project Blue Sky taskforce and its Advisory Board, the process of heartfelt communications will be effective.”

Police Chief Gordon L. Wiborg, Jr. (ret.), President
National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP)
and Chairperson of Golden Badge’s Project Blue Sky Course Correction

“GlobalNet 21 is the leading UK platform for discussing the major issues of the 21st Century, where we share a common concern for the sustainability of both our planet and the people on it.” Linked is its interview of retired Police Chief Gordon L. Wiborg, Jr. as well as Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal, Executive Director of both NJCDLP and Project Blue Sky. Joining them is former Deputy Sheriff Maurice Morris who is a Project Blue Sky taskforce member.

In this Webinar we discuss with Chief Gordon L. Wiborg, Jr the consequences of the George Floyd’s killing for race relations in America. Chief Gordon L. Wibo...

A situation worth watching . . .

On its most fundamental level, this brewing situation involves the same tensions presented by Opt IN USA.

There are allegations that America fails to hold presumably rogue agents accountable for atrocious human rights violations: "The ICC . . . said it prosecutes cases only when those countries failed to do so or did not do so 'genuinely'."

Yet, there is the view that related quests for accountability are, in fact, the problem: "In September, Bolton said the ICC was a direct threat to U.S. national security interests".

And the Trump Administration is not the first to resist the ICC. President Clinton had his reservations about the tribunal.

The general public is hearkened to the need to protect U.S. sovereignty, with assurances by our leaders that "(t)he first and highest obligation of our government is to protect its citizens".

But all manner of U.S. government watchdogs are prepared to assert such things as: 'Taking action against those who work for the ICC sends a clear message to torturers and murderers alike: Their crimes may continue unchecked.'

Hopefully you're paying attention to these developments . . .

Hopefully you're paying attention to these developments . . .

“That such a choice was made by duly elected and appointed U.S. public officials may not be enough to align it with the spending priorities of most American citizens. And that’s a frightening proposition because the U.N. Human Rights Council (HRC) is the primary United Nations body to which average Americans can resort when we’re subjected to unrelenting violations by U.S. officials of our country’s international human rights treaties. Keep in mind that a class action of sorts was submitted to the HRC earlier this year for all Americans enduring persistent U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct. The root cause of our plight is America’s inadequate judicial oversight, estimated to directly impact a million Americans, prompting their premature, stress-related deaths and imposing the same kind of lethal effects from one generation to another. Just as the HRC is considering America’s de facto policy of judicial impunity with regard to this atrocity, the U.S. pulls the plug on a substantial portion of its funding. If that can happen to the HRC, imagine how vulnerable average Americans are to their local, state, and/or federal government tactics that serve to end advocacy various powerful people do not like.”

"Consider the irony and sadness of that reality on this day, the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.'s assasination."

This podcast focuses on a complainant's experience before the U.S. Office of Special Counsel and the U.S. Merit System Protection Board.

In broader terms, the presentation speaks to the effectiveness (more the lack thereof) of U.S. federal, investigatory and quasi-judicial agencies entrusted to protect individual rights, as well as court challenges of those agencies by average Americans.

Much the same kind of commentary has long circulated regarding the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Consider the irony and sadness of that reality on this day, the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.'s assasination.

(NJCDLP), a nonprofit legal reform organization headquartered just outside of Chicago, Illinois in Northwest, Indiana. NJCDLP became known as The Law Project, not only because its full corporate name is such a tongue twister . . . but also because of its broad, U.S. law-related focus and activities. Although NJCDLP is a grassroots organization, it ambitiously functions as a think tank, public policy advocate, program administrator, community organizer, and non-profit corporation via the following advocacy scheme: Judicial Accountability; Legal Reform; Whistleblower Protection; Human Rights; Art Education, Prisoner Art, and Performing Arts Meet our chief dreamers, philosophers, thought leaders, and pundits: Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal https://www.linkedin.com/in/zenadcrenshawlogal Dr. Sandra Nunn, DM, MBA, BS https://www.linkedin.com/in/drsandynunn Sarah Roche https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarah-roche-70b35966 Michael Langan, MD https://www.linkedin.com/pub/michael-langan-m-d/b/951/6b6 Attorney Bryan Bullock http://bryanbullock.wixsite.com/attorneybryanbullock

We are working for the application of principles of shared parenting and at home visitation rights for overnights in child custody litigation Pakistan where ordinarily family courts allow only 2 hours once or twice a month visitation rights to non custodial parents to meet their minor children and that too within the court premises!! we need ur virtual support to grow stronger!! It's one thing go through life and having to understand things differently. But a whole other when your child is being abused by a person with 4 or 5 calls on child abuse. And your denied any way to help.
I'm not a lawyer. Nor a doctor. But I'm that person who grew up with disfunction. From age two I have flash backs. The indifferent bio mother. Who married 4 times. The 3rd brought in a half sibling. With abuse by #3. Physical, mental, emotional. And the still indifferent mother. It took a psycology to explain to my mom I needed help. To her meaning I was born with the mental problems of the guy I never knew about until. 17. My dad. I could go on. It took years to grow and develop better self esteem. Then I married the King Narcissists of all. He was wealthy and I had no idea I was dealing with a drug addict. Something I was able to avoid out of fear. Even drinking and s*x were made me feel filthy. I never accepted the things he said and did as abuse until my new doctor met him. Our daughter went through hell with me. And it's not easy knowing your being gaslighted or manipulated because that's not what you do 2009. A lot happened that was building up. Where the cops finally arrested him. That cost me my home. My daughter. Family. Friends. And these lawyers he has or had. Are notorious for causing people to have breakdowns. Literally. Now 8 years later on disability. Cuz I had no help legally. (You'll love how this woman works and gets away with everything) I can't get a doctor to put me back on the medication plan that's probably contreversial. But it was the only thing to help me cope. The lawyers have carte blanche to my doctor's etc. Which has caused me no treatment. Well. It was on and off. Then zero. And everything happening to my daughter. And no laws to protect her. But his lies. Has been a non stop nightmare. Her father died and I thought this would be the time she needed me most. She'd been suicidal and crying for me. There's alot I can share in the impact as a youth. And then the mother trying to protect her from my demise. I can't explain it. But I'm not suicidal. I just gave up. And cry all the time. For her. Don't leave. Etc. A hospital wouldn't do me any better. Because I just want to be back on my old coping Medications. And if her and I were able to share the truth she knew but denied. I could enjoy her last year in school.
