We are in preparation for the 2nd Annual Carroll County Xcellence Awards. It will take place in December 2026, Details TBA! Below is the link to nominate individuals/organizations who are out here doing Xcellent work in Carroll County!
***You may want to write down as many individuals as you can prior to completing the survey. You will only be allowed to complete the survey once. You will only be allowed to vote in one person per category. There are 20 categories total, categories are listed below! Having a good idea on who you will vote in each category before you start the survey is best!***
