As we head into Q3, I’ve been thinking about something I see a lot with small businesses.

There’s often a push to do more marketing:
More content. More posting. More consistency.

But more activity doesn’t always lead to better results.

What actually matters more is clarity.

When attention shifts (like it tends to in summer), your content doesn’t need to work harder. It needs to be easier to understand.

Instead of trying to post more, better questions are:

• What messages are actually landing?
• What content is driving real interest or inquiries?
• What are we already saying that’s worth repeating?

Because when attention changes, volume stops being the solution.

Q3 isn’t about doing more marketing.

It’s about making your marketing clearer.

Most businesses don’t need more content this quarter. They need clearer content.

As we wrap up June and head into Q3, I've been thinking about something I see often with small business owners.

Social media usually gets squeezed into whatever time is left at the end of the day.

And while staying active is important, there's a difference between being busy and being intentional.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The strategy happens before you hit "Publish."

It starts with knowing who you want to reach, what you want to be known for, and how your content supports your business goals.

As you look ahead to Q3, here's another question to consider:
