Just made this creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup and it's perfect for a cozy dinner! 🥣✨

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup half-and-half
1 pound gnocchi
2 cups fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, carrots, and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in thyme and basil, then add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add shredded chicken and half-and-half, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stir in gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, about 3-4 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Warm up with this hearty Cabbage Roll Casserole - perfect for family dinner! 🥘❤️

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the chopped cabbage, uncooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the beef and cabbage mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

12 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, butter, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Enjoy a burst of fresh flavors with this Mediterranean Couscous Salad! 🥗🍅

Ingredients:

1 cup couscous
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Place couscous in a large bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Drizzle olive oil over the couscous and mix well.
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, parsley, and mint to the couscous. Toss gently to combine.

8 ounces fettuccine pasta
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet with bacon drippings. Add asparagus and red bell pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups pizza sauce
1 cup sliced pepperoni
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the pizza sauce, sliced pepperoni, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and milk. Mix until well combined.

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Do not drain.
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Ingredients:

5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:

Place diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, celery, and red onion.
Stir gently to combine, making sure the potatoes are well coated with the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Just made these Ultimate Loaded Baked Potatoes - they're cheesy, bacon-y, and oh so satisfying! 🥔🧀🥓

Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it. Set aside.
When the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out the insides, leaving a small border of potato in the skins.
In a bowl, combine the scooped-out potato, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins. Top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
