Join us for THE RESET, a community wellness experience in Atlanta at The Gathering Spot Retreat! This event is designed to help you move, breathe, connect, and start the year with clarity and strength.

Itinerary:
1:00 PM — Arrival, welcome stretch & light refreshments
1:30 PM — Your choice: one-mile walk or run
1:45 PM - Juice Demo: wellness shots & hydration juice
2:00 PM — Double Dutch Aerobics: Learn to Double Dutch in 1 minute!
2:30 PM — Body Awareness & Breathwork Session
3:00 PM — Panel conversation with all facilitators
