Pyramid Pictures, LLC is an independent film & video production company based out of Atlanta, GA. The company provides product in all forms of production media including feature-films and content for television. Pyramid Pictures previously produced two feature films, “Jail Party” and “The Walk”, both nationally distributed on DVD in late 2005. The first film, “Jail Party” was filmed as a "no budget" satire of the flooded urban DVD market. This film went on to become a sleeper success for the company. The Walk received high accolades from its screenings as an official selection in the 2004 American Black Film Festival. In 2006, The Walk began its national broadcasting run on BET and Viacom Networks. Since then, Pyramid Pictures has worked tirelessly on various projects ranging from short films, music videos, commercials and television programs with talents like Tyler Perry (actor/filmmaker), Akon (recording artist), Robert Townsend (actor/filmmaker), Paul Mooney (Commedian), T.I. (recording artist) and a host of others. BIOS • RODNEY BREEDLOVE • Rodney Breedlove has most recently produced various programs for BET, Atlantic Records and Universal Music Group. His previous work includes contributions to MTV’s reality series “Made”, the 2006 BET Hip Hop Awards, the Dirty South Awards, the And-1 Basketball tournament and Tyler Perry’s widely successful stage plays. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University’s film & television program, Rodney Breedlove’s true passion lies with narrative storytelling. He’s produced several short films and feature film through his own Atlanta-based production company. The satirical independent film, “Jail Party”, was his feature-film producing debut, which successfully went on to garner a national distribution deal. Rodney Breedlove’s attention to detail and desire to contribute unique thought provoking and groundbreaking films to the cinema landscape drives his ability to push those around him. • TERRANCE CLAIBORNE • Terrance Claiborne has been heavily involved in film & video photography since obtaining his BA in Communications from Clark Atlanta University. He has served as Director of Photography on numerous independent short films, documentaries and commercials. He juggled DP and Producer duties on his production company’s first feature film entitled, “Jail Party”. The film was distributed in 2005, spring boarding Terrance Claiborne into work on various network television shows. His mrecent credits include “Lyric Café” & “The Virtual Awards” for BET-J and Tyler Perry’s television shows, “House of Payne” & “Meet the Browns”. • DONNIE LEAPHEART • Born and raised in the Detroit metropolitan, Donnie Leapheart honed his talents as a writer, director and editor in Clark Atlanta University’s film & television program. As a student, he received several awards and honors for his work including the 2001 Outstanding Achievement in Film award. Donnie Leapheart has since stepped out to build an extensive list of independent short and feature film credits, ranging from producing and casting to writing and directing. His recent credits include feature films, TV shows, commercials and docs for VH1, BET, BET-J, Universal Music, Quincy Jones III (QD3 Entertainment), Macy's, Pink Magazine, The Africa Channel, Black Family Channel and others.
