The SPLM Party Political Bureau has appointed Vice President for Economic Cluster H. E Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel and Commissioner General for Revenue Authority Hon. Simon Akuei Deng as First Deputy and Second Deputy chairman, respectively.

Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel has replaced Dr. James Wani and Simon Akuei Deng has replaced Hon. Kuol Manyang Juuk. Awet Akot replacement has not yet been decided, but the party is wrangling between Joseph Bakosoro Bangasi and Louis Lobong Lajore.

Today’s Update on Bishop Garang’s Health
To our dear relatives, friends, the general public and the rest of well-wishers worldwide, Bishop Nathaniel Garang was evacuated this morning from Juba to Nairobi by Air-Ambivalence. He is now in Nairobi Hospital for further treatments.

Healthwise, he was stable during his evacuation. He was accompanied to Juba International Airport by many people, including members of Youth Mama.

Let us continue to pray to God for his better, complete healing. And may the Lord bless you all!
