Hello, sensitive souls!

I’ve often worked with clients who want to change their sensitive animals (with good intentions) to become more social with people and other animals.
However, many times the animal is waiting for their person to recognize and honor their own sensitivities and needs.

Time and time again, when I’ve noticed the person accepting and embracing their own sensitivities, suddenly their “sensitive” animal becomes more social.

Acceptance of how each being is uniquely wired is important to acknowledge and embrace to allow more love in our lives and see the world through a soft gaze.

So many people that love animals are indeed sensitive… And yet they ignore their own bodies needs to detach and go within to refuel, heal, recalibrate their energy.

You can choose to follow your animals guidance and what they are modeling for you. This is not selfish. This is self-care 101. It’s that ole “put the oxygen mask on yourself first” belief that benefits not only for you, but all those in your wake. 🌊🧘🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

So I did a little thing today. Was interviewed for an episode of Open Minds on GaiaTV mainly about the contents of my new book coming out this fall.
Interviewer is the extraordinary Regina Meredith. It’ll air in 2-3 months.
Then I was able to explore Boulder, which is very different than when I lived in this area in the early 80s. It was a great day!
