You get so used to being the one that holds everything together... the one that shows up...
the one that makes sure everybody's good... that you stop asking yourself if you're even okay.
You just keep going.
Keep giving.
Keep handling everything.
Until one day... it hits you.
You're exhausted.
You're drained.
And deep down... you're not even happy.
Not because you're weak...
but because you kept pouring into everyone else without ever pouring back into yourself.
That "strong woman" role?
It will drain you if you never step out of it.
At some point, you have to choose you... not later... not when everything is done... now.
Because if you don't...
everything you give will keep coming from a place that's already empty.
