Growing up on the classics – Whitney Houston, Anita Baker, CeCe Pen*ston, and so many others – I fell in love with the power of RnB to tell stories, to heal, and to unite. Somewhere along the way, much of that magic faded, replaced by trends that took us away from the heart of the music. But at DE Music, we believe it’s time for a revival.
For the Love of REAL RnB is a monthly concert experience dedicated to celebrating the roots of RnB while spotlighting new voices who carry the torch. This series is a space for true music lovers to gather, vibe, and witness performances that remind us what REAL RnB is all about – raw emotion, smooth melodies, and lyrics that hit the heart.
