"I'm not even a sports person like that. The Hubby is a LOYAL KNICKS FAN. Forced to watch the games, lol! I found myself cheering for "OUR" team. Why? I was born & raised in Brooklyn, NY, I watched from the Bronx and I'm so darn happy for this team & NYC. Why? We needed this...After COVID? When I relocated from Kingston, NY back to NYC? I know, this is a competition. But I don't care, lol! Why? Cooking for me? Will ALWAYS be fun, win or lose. What I like to see? Is fun & love in my kitchen. I play my Reggae - who won't go MAD over "Butterflies," by Buju Official ? or whatever music I'm feeling, because DMX may play, as well as Teddy Swims, or some Opera...Mess around? There could be Jazz, Country, Hindi, you name it. Poetry, Music & Food are a DIVINE mix...It's CREATIVITY and "Creativity Is Humanity's Algorithm."

So, if this doesn't break any rules? All my fellow cooks/chefs, please tag my magazine PLOTS-Jamerican Magazine "The Jamaican-American Diaspora." I'd like for everyone on my platforms to see you too.
