📵 This week we’re continuing the conversation on the great debate: Should phones be banned in schools?

New York’s governor has now followed Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ lead and officially banned cell phones in schools K–12. Texas is also moving forward with a statewide ban, aiming to improve academics, discipline, and student mental health.

Here are some highlights from our 1st episode of Raising America:

I’ll never forget this season. Anchoring the news while pregnant… my husband gone 8 months out of the year playing professional baseball… and me at home juggling all the things: mom, wife, housekeeper, friend, sister, full-time (traveling) Journalist & TV News Professional.

On the outside, it looked like I had it together.

On the inside, I was exhausted and carrying a weight that so many moms know all too well—mom guilt.

Here’s the truth: it doesn’t matter if you’re a stay-at-home mom or working 70 hours a week in corporate America. The guilt shows up anyway. You feel it when you’re at work wishing you were home. You feel it at home worrying you’re not “doing enough.”

Because let’s be real—sometimes the only cure for mom guilt is locking yourself in the pantry for a moment of silence while pretending the laundry doesn’t exist. Amuhhhhhhh right?

⁉ Soooo, I want to ask YOU: ⁉
▶ Does the guilt ever really go away?
▶ How do you quiet it—or at least laugh through it?
▶ What’s your outlet when the cape feels too heavy to wear?

Motherhood doesn’t come with a playbook, but I think we all have hacks, surprises, and secrets that help us keep moving forward—and I’d love to hear yours.
