So I posted a video of myself the other day, and some of the comments were like, “Are you pregnant?” or “Seems like you got something in your tummy ‘

Let me just say, it's not cool to comment on someone’s body like that.
Yes, I’ve gained weight and like many women, that could be due to any number of reasons; hormones, medication, childbirth, going through a loss, stress,miscarriage, health conditions, or postpartum… the list goes on.

Please stop making assumptions or asking intrusive questions about people’s bodies. You never know what someone is going through, and your words could genuinely hurt them.

Maybe not me, I’m very confident in myself no matter how I look, or I wouldn’t be posting myself. But not everyone is in that place, and it can be really upsetting for others.
So let’s be kinder. If it’s not your body, it’s not your business. ❤️

No, my son, you’re not going to be an Angel!!! How do you explain death to someone so little, when you’re still trying to survive the weight of it yourself?
We miss her every day and some days, like this one, the grief feels brand new.

He’s still too young to understand what “gone forever” means and honestly, some days,so am I.

There’s not a day that passes that her name isn’t mentioned or I get a question about her.

This isn’t a call for sympathy, just sharing a moment that hit hard. We’re still navigating, still remembering, still loving her in the quiet and the questions.

Speak up. Say who you are. It can change everything.

I recently walked into a laser hair removal clinic for a consultation and walked out with an unexpected opportunity as a content creator earning commission and a significant discount of the services i was about to receive with a lifetime warranty and membership.

All I did was introduce myself. I shared a little about what I do, what I’m passionate about, and just had a genuine conversation.

That’s it. No pitch, no formality, just me being me.

Sometimes, doors don’t open because we’re waiting quietly in the corner. But when you speak up and own who you are, the right people notice. And sometimes, those people offer you opportunities you didn’t even see coming.

So this is your reminder, don’t downplay yourself. You never know what can happen just by showing up and saying, “This is who I am.”
