Had dinner and celebrated with my dear friend Nancy Jones last night at Kid Rock’s Detroit Cowboy! She has been through some ups and downs and kept George in line for so many years. I’ve always said if you’re a fan of George Jones then you have to be a fan of Nancy! It was great to catch up and talk about the upcoming 15th anniversary of “The Gospel According to Jones”.

MOTR Music is taking over the Pickens Sheriff’s JeepFest 2025 FREE Concert Series 🎶

Get ready for four action-packed days in the scenic mountains of North Georgia as MOTR Music brings the live music to one of the South’s premier Jeep festivals! Happening Thursday, August 28 through Sunday, August 31, this family-friendly event is hosted by the Pickens Sheriff’s Foundation and raises funds for charities that support children in need at the local, state, and national levels — including Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes, Special Olympics of Pickens County, the Boys and Girls Club, Jasper Youth Sports Association, and many more.

Festival highlights include off-road Jeep trail rides, interactive vendor zones, and free concerts from MOTR Music artists that you won’t want to miss!
