Golf Vlog - Bali Hai Las Vegas - Holes 16-18

Last 3 holes at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas! This course was a lot of fun! Follow as I hit some good shots, and some bad shots and try to conquer the island hole on 16! I’m proud of the work burners as they really came trough for the most part on this trip! Stay tuned for our next adventure!

Golf Vlog - Bali Hai Las Vegas - Holes 13-15

Golf is hard. Just when you think you are in a groove, it all falls apart. Ignore the first 2 shots on 13, as we all know 13 isn’t always a lucky number.

According to production, Chris Angel was in full effect as I got some more good bounces to put the ball in play. Fun course, but starting to get tired on these late holes. Stay tuned for the last holes to see if I can break 100!! (Using my math 😂)

Golf Vlog - Bali Hai, Las Vegas - Holes 10-12

Not sure if it’s the magic of Chris Angel, it’s pure luck or Pop Pop is just really good at miniature golf. Either way, today’s vlog we tackle holes 10-12 at Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada!

The drinks are flowing, the planes are flying and the balls are bouncing all over the place. Golf is a hard sport, but production has deemed this an easy course as Pop Pop tends to hit the fairway on every hole. Golf lessons are surely not needed when playing here according to production, just hit a hill somewhere and it will bounce in play. Bad math gets us a couple of pars and a double bogey. Bad golf etiquette hurries us along off the 12th green, and sets up a hopeful Pop Pop for a strong finish on the last 6 holes!

Golf Vlog - Bali Hai Holes 4-6

As a rookie golfer I’m always working on different parts of the game. These holes let me know its time to give my putting game some work. Great news is I have improved on my driving of the ball. If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a loud beautiful course nestled close to the airport this course is a must hit.

After a pretty solid (in my book) first 3 holes, I try to carry that over to the next 3. Spending a lot of time in the sand is nice on the beach, not so much on the golf course!

Golf Vlog Las Vegas Bali Hai Holes 1-3

51 year old rookie golfer sharing his journey of nailing holes and crushing course scores. New to golf but not new to loving competing and being a competitor. Wife loves to gamble and lets my clubs tag along with us on our travels. Me the Wife and the Clubs ( AkA Worm Burners) love having a good time.

Our February trip to Las Vegas was my 1st time visiting Bali Hai. It was for sure a tourist course, but still super enjoyable. Quick uber ride from the strip. Nice driving range to warm up and nice tiki bar on site to grab a quick drink.

Golf is all about over coming challenges, It’s more of a ,mental sport than physical is what I tell myself as I hit it out of some tricky situations. Follow me for growth of an ability, entertainment, and what not to do as you grow your own abilities.

Golf Vlog - Fallen Oak, Biloxi, MS - Holes 10-18

Watch as I try and improve my score from the front 9. This course is beautiful and challenging. I hit some really nice shots, but mostly struggle to make it even look like I should be allowed to grace this course 🤣.
From the outstanding service from the Drink Cart, to the GM telling us to play faster while being held up by the group she was playing with.. 🤷. I highly recommend playing here if you stay at the Beau Rivage! Big beautiful oak trees, well positioned bunkers, and some annoying water in all the wrong places! Golf Vlog - Fallen Oak, Biloxi, MS - Holes 1-9

Follow my progress as I learn to play golf! Today we play at the beautiful Fallen Oak Golf Course, designed by legendary course architect, Tom Fazio! It is an exclusive golf club for guests of Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. This 18 hole Championship Course features a Par 72 layout with 5 sets of tees ranging from 7,487 to 5,362 yards. The views of Oaks are amazing!

Being new to golf, this is a challenge that I wasn’t ready for. Let’s see if I can start this journey off right by breaking 100! Whatever I lack in golf skills I can make up with golf humor!

Golf Vlog Intro: NBA Dreams Crushed!! Follow My Journey to the PGA..??!!

Hello golf guys and gals! I grew up a big basketball fan and played my entire life. It was my first love and my escape from this crazy world. That all came to a crashing end when I couldn’t run without pain. One ankle replacement later, I was lost with nothing to quench my competitive thirst. Enter GOLF! Today we talk about how I got here and show some clips from the beautiful courses such as Sequoyah National in Whittier, NC, Paiute Golf Resort - Wolf Course in Las Vegas, NV and Fallen Oak in Biloxi, MS. Follow along as I either get better at golfing, or go into an angry rage on some of the most stunning courses America has to offer. We will also be smoking chucks of meat, and making crazy craft cocktails as I discover my new better self! Fell free to send any tips or tricks that may make my journey more enjoyable!
