Today my heart is full. 🤍
Thanksgiving reminds me to slow down, breathe, and honor the blessings God continues to pour into my life, the women I serve, the spaces I get to create, and the purpose I’m called to walk in.

I am grateful for alignment, clarity, community, and the Grace to grow. May today bring you peace, rest, and a reminder of how deeply loved you are.

Today’s Founder Duties looked like mailing Bella Luve' Goes Pink, Inc. care boxes to three incredible women, (2) here in Georgia and (1) all the way in Colorado. 💕

Each box is a reminder that she is supported, seen, and not walking her journey alone.
Praying they all arrive before Thanksgiving so these women feel just a little extra love this week.

My weekend was devoted to realignment - slowing down, reconnecting, and embracing a touch of pampering that reminded me that self-care is a lifestyle, not a reward.

Yoga, Reiki therapy, and intentional rest poured PEACE back into me. 🧘🏽‍♀️

May we all honor the whispers of our spirit and create space for God to restore what the week takes away.

Our nonprofit, Bella Luve' Goes Pink, Inc. joined a beautiful community of women at the Whole. Well. Worthy. Wellness Expo to celebrate self-care, sisterhood, and the power of early detection.

This inspiring event reminded us that women’s health is more than one thing, it’s movement, mindfulness, nourishment, and awareness. 💕

Grateful to have been part of such a powerful day of wellness and empowerment. Thank you, Dr. Courtney, for creating a space to empower, educate, and heal. 💗
