Who We Are

An Indie Rock Label based out of the south metro Atlanta area, Kaizen Records is dedicated to fostering our artist’s growth into fully functional, well-rounded and self-sufficient entrepreneurs in the music industry. Our services include: artist development, music production, marketing, and live entertainment; we also provide specialized services such as consulting and music business courses.

We believe excellent music and the people behind it have the power to change the world, and we take that responsibility to heart. We are uniquely dedicated to the growth and success of each of our artists as leaders in the industry, and the local music community and surrounding local businesses as a whole. We aspire to empower talented individuals to bring their best work forward, by training, encouraging, and developing their unique gifts and talents to produce the highest quality of music. We are unique in that we seek artists who have a powerful message, who speak to social and political situations, and dare to cross the boundaries of their genres to pioneer new sounds.

“Kaizen” is a Japanese for “good change”, and as a business strategy it provides an atmosphere for continuous improvement recognized as a long-term philosophy for success in sustainable business growth. Kaizen encourages both the individuals and the Company as a whole to seek constant and never-ending growth, to continue taking on challenges and actively developing oneself and the company as a whole. We focus on making positive changes on a regular basis, including but not limited to: individual training, leadership work, eliminating relational barriers, opening up conversations between all departments, and seeking endless and constant self-improvement.
