Our Story
The Celtic Show, each Sunday, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm ET on 89.3 FM — streaming at http://www.wrfg.org.
Atlantans Dave Aton and Fergus O’Keefe are the current hosts, supported on occasion by other WRFG air shifters.
For more than three decades, The Celtic Show on non-commercial community radio station WRFG Atlanta (89.3 FM) has brought the finest Celtic music to listeners in the metro area and beyond. The show goes out live each Sunday at 100,000 watts. We have many loyal listeners worldwide from Edinburgh to Honolulu as well as throughout Georgia and North America.
Please phone in Sunday at 404 523-8989 (between 5 and 7 pm ET) to pledge your support for WRFG!
Beginning in 1995, native Dubliner John C. Falstaff was the main host, but in late 2018 he retired from hosting the show. In 2020 Jon Kiger left Atlanta, so he also is no longer hosting.
If you're a fan of harp, accordion, pipes, whistles, fiddles or flutes, or beautiful haunting singing, then this is the show for you. You'll hear an ever-changing mix of classic and modern tunes and songs from Ireland, Scotland and Wales, as well as music with roots in those regions, from places as diverse as Australia, Brooklyn, Cape Breton, Ottawa, Maine, Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia, and The Isle of Man.

Hey! Daniel from The Drowsy Lads. Thanks for the shoutout! Any chance you have back episodes recorded anywhere? We were packing out at the Dayton Festival during the show so we missed it.
Thanks!
On stage tonight at 7.30 👍
If there is a video of a more powerful live version of this song I haven't found it.
