It took nearly a year to find the right opportunity! Negotiations started 12/9/21 a day after my youngest daughters bday. An agreement was reached 2/2/22. We didn’t realize the significance of finalizing the deal until I dated the check. Did a lot of mental exercises during the process to stay disciplined and not give in an settle. Now that we are nearing the finish line the real work is about to start.
