August’s WGA9 play date was especially meaningful as we celebrated “Mulligan Day” in memory of our dear friend Terri Brehm, who recently passed from breast cancer. Terri’s love for golf and her dedication to the community, as demonstrated through her work with WGA9 and Victory Train, left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Participants purchased mulligans, raising $4,625 to support Victory Train’s mission of preparing children for kindergarten and beyond. Terri’s husband, Cliff, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the love and support shown during her courageous journey. This day was a beautiful way to honor Terri’s legacy of giving, friendship, and passion for golf. 💗⛳️

Golf runs deep at Reynolds Lake Oconee—and we’re celebrating one of our very own this month. ⛳️

Longtime resident and avid golfer Tom Cornelia recently achieved a lifelong dream by competing in the prestigious USGA Senior Men’s Amateur Championship in San Antonio, TX. From picking up the game at 11 years old to earning championships and accolades across decades, Tom’s journey reflects passion, perseverance, and the spirit of the game. Though he narrowly missed advancing to match play, his accomplishment is an incredible milestone—and a proud moment for the Reynolds community.
