Episode 4! Finally getting back on track and tbh either we have been eating out or Aspen has been cooking lol but decided to make a steak and if you like a medium steak this 3/3/3 method turns out perfect every time!!!

If you want your steak a little less pink, just leave it in the oven a bit longer 😋

It’s officially Episode 1 of “Cooking Dinner for My Man” and tonight we’re making hibachi!

Marinade:

* 1/4 cup coconut aminos
* 3 TBS brown sugar
* 1 TBS water
* 1 TBS champagne vinegar
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 TSP sesame oil
* 1/4 TSP ground pepper
* 3 TBS ginger minced
* 1 TBS olive oil

Fried Rice:
* 3 garlic cloves
* 1/4 cup coconut amino’s
* 1 small, diced onion
* 3 scallions or green onions
* 2 cups of rice
* 3 large eggs
* 3 carrots, diced

Yum yum sauce:
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* 1 tablespoon mirin
* 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1 tablespoons water

My saving grace has been breast-feeding and eating healthy.

Obviously everyone’s postpartum journey is completely different but for me I was 135 pre-pregnancy, during my pregnancy I got it to 185 and now I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

One of my really big goals this year is to gain muscle because I feel like I’ve lost literally all my muscle and I’m not one to be concerned about my actual weight because that’s not always accurate when it comes to muscle mass but it does make me feel good that I can fit in my jeans (well somewhat lol) 🤍
