Hey ya’ll my name is Heather and I live in Georgia. I have a wonderful loving, best friend, father, husband a woman could ever imagine and a 17 year old AMAZING smart beautiful daughter. I have a passion for glitter and putting smiles on peoples faces with my customized tumblers.
I offer glitter, wood grain, alcohol ink, dirty pour, water-slide, and also hydra dipped tumblers.
All of my items are designed and crafted by me. Everything I make is made custom and uniquely just for YOU! No one tumbler is exactly the same as another, it might be a replicated design but no one out there will have the same exact tumbler I PROMISE!
All of my products are of good high-quality from the epoxy, tumblers, inks, glitter, vinyl, etc.
IS THE TUMBLER FDA APPROVED?
Yes. I use an FDA Compliant Food Safe 2-part epoxy resin to seal the tumbler and give it that smooth, glossy, glass finish.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DROP MY TUMBLER?
Just like anything glass your tumbler will break or might even chip if dropped on a hard surface. I would definitely recommend handling your tumbler with extra care. I will not be responsible for damage once you have received your tumbler, but if you happen to drop, chip, or break the tumbler I can fix it for an additional charge if it can be fixable.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
If you DM or you can text or call my cell phone (770) 865-6113 to get prices. It does depend on what size, type, and any images for how much they will cost. I CAN PROMISE you, you will not be discouraged or disappointed with my prices or with the finished product. If you are dissatisfied I PROMISE I will make it right. 💖
PAYMENT
Once agreed upon size, type, images, etc., I will send an invoice via e-mail. So please make sure when placing an order that you have a good working e-mail address and sometimes it will go to spam. Invoices will need to be paid upon receiving the invoice, if not until it is paid I will not start on the order. An order begins once the invoice is paid! I send an invoice through PayPal, Square, Apple Pay, FB Pay, or Cash App. *I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS*

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
I will keep everyone updated on FB as the orders are coming in for an estimated on how long it will take to make each tumbler. The estimated time frame goes by the work load of how many orders I have at the present time. If you do have any type of rush on a tumbler (birthday, holiday, etc.) there will be an additional charge to get it completed in a timely manner.
SHIPPING
I do offer shipping for those who are interested or that can not meet locally. I go to USPS and type your zip code in and what ever price they give me is the price that you will pay. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Also understand when it involves shipping it will be out of my control once I have printed the label and shipped the package. I can not guarantee ANYTHING when shipping only that I have a tracking number and the package will have insurance on it as well. As we know with USPS sometimes they feel like delivering packages when they feel like it so I can NEVER guarantee a date only an estimate.
DAMAGED
If for some reason your package is damaged during the shipping process, I will be more than happy to make another tumbler FREE of charge upon proof with pictures showing the damage of the product as well as the box. The photos will be used to file a claim so please make sure you have plenty of pictures.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All tumblers need to be handled with care, especially when your paying for something that is custom. Tumblers are to be HAND WASHED ONLY.

No. I have all the stainless steel tumblers needed to customize your order. I do not currently offer a BRING YOUR OWN CUP option.
