A Tuesday note from Tom, our fearless founder:
"One of the keys to our company’s success is that we are simply nice to people and often they are nice in return. On our way to visiting the grandkids, we started to feel like kids ourselves boarding that massive Delta plane. We asked the pilot for a tour of the cockpit, and to our surprise, he obliged!"

🇺🇸 We are Veteran Owned Business 🇺🇸

1972-1975 Tom was a student at Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography and earned a full scholarship awarded by the Department of the Army ROTC program.

1975-1978 Upon graduation Tom was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant and after completing the Officers Basic Course at Ft Gordon in Augusta Georgia, was assigned to the Army’s Arctic Test Center at Ft. Greely Alaska where he served as photo officer and public relations officer leading a team of photographers and cinematographers in documenting testing activities that involved everything from mountain boots and sleeping bags to night vision goggles, vehicles and advanced weaponry.

1978-1982 Tom was next assigned to the Army’s Combat Pictorial Detachment whose mission had him leading film and photo crews to document war games and disaster relief operations and many other historical Army activities around the world.

Following military service Tom worked in a number of corporate jobs and in 1986 established Tom Mileshko Photography and later Mileshko Creative Imaging as the business grew to where it is today, offering a full host of Photography, Video and Graphic Design services.

Have you ever experienced the dreadful 'too many cooks in the kitchen' scenario?

It's even worse when it comes to creative projects. With every feedback, comes a new perspective, and with every perspective comes a different idea. And this cycle never ends.

But, remember, you are creating for your audience, and if the feedback is hindering the quality of your work, it's time to stop and evaluate.

Too much feedback can lead to:
⏳ Delayed timelines
💫 Lack of clarity
⁉️ Inconsistent branding
🚒 Burnout

Prioritize feedback that aligns with your brand's vision. It's okay to say "no" to feedback that isn't valuable.
Remember, it's your work, and you have the final say.
