I got the flu and was sick for over a week. It hurt to hold my head up. Being sick forced me to stop.

And in stopping, I saw something clearly —
I’m not alone.

There are days I carry more.
There are seasons where it feels like I’m the engine of the house.

But when I couldn’t show up at full capacity,
my husband was there and did an amazing job.

Not perfectly.
But faithfully.

And that’s partnership. And I’m so thankful for him 💜

🤍 Comment “GRATEFUL” if you have a partner who shows up
📌 Save this to remember you’re not meant to do it alone

Some days the hardest part isn’t the work…
it’s the switch.

From emails to evening routines.
From problem-solving at your desk to comforting little hearts at home.

You don’t clock out at 5pm.
You shift assignments.

And maybe — just maybe — God trusted you with both.
Because He knew you were capable of carrying purpose in more than one place.

If today’s transition felt heavy, take a breath.
He has equipped you to push through!

You are doing work — and you should be so proud of all you’ve accomplished 💜.

Can we talk about this for a second?

Just because I’m home doesn’t mean I’m not carrying deadlines, pressure, and mental load.
And just because I’m working doesn’t mean my heart isn’t fully wrapped around my babies.

Some days I’m answering emails while thinking about dinner.
Other days I’m helping with homework while replaying meetings in my head.

It’s a constant shift. A constant stretch.
But loving them and building something meaningful can exist in the same space.

Mama, you are not failing.
You are balancing.

Let’s normalize this:

Some days you’re answering emails with one hand
and packing lunches with the other.
You’re switching from meetings to math homework.
From spreadsheets to bedtime prayers.

And even when you feel stretched thin…
you’re still showing up.

Building a career while raising tiny humans isn’t “just life.”
It’s strength.
It’s sacrifice.
It’s purpose.

If no one told you today — you are doing something extraordinary.

Before the chocolates and flowers… read this. ❤️

You only get a limited number of Valentine’s Days where you are their whole world. Where their little hands choose you first. Where their love is loud, sticky, innocent, and pure.

One day they’ll grow up. But today? You’re still home.

💬 Tell me — how old are your babies this Valentine’s Day?
❤️ Like if this hit home.

Sometimes with life being so busy, we don’t stop to think and be thankful for these moments. As crazy as it can get, it’s only a moment that we will look back at and wish we were still there 💜
