Heading to today's office. Providing temporary internet and streaming service for the unveiling of John Lewis's new statue in the grounds of the Dekalb County courthouse. Our internet supplied the county's LiveU unit and my vMix system. That location is not the best cellular area for their LiveU unit, but we reached constant and consistent speeds of 39Mpbs upload. Both streams, one Facebook, and one back to their broadcast server were rock solid. Being able to manage the connections is key to getting maximum performance. Thanks to for bringing us in on this project.

When your venues internet is dreadfully slow and inconsistent, you need a connection that is strong and stable.
I received a last minute call last week for a conference that was in a hotel where that was the case.
We deployed our unit and provided the conference with internet for the production team to run zoom meetings for 3 days.

Day 2 is almost in the books. People enjoy the night air and jazz notes dancing in their ears.
Gearing up for the big finish tomorrow. Andre 3 Stacks and Lizz Wright close out this year's show. Expect some rain early, but the evening should be spectacular.

Day one of the Atlanta Jazz Festival in Piedmont Park. Providing temporary internet services for backline support and social media.
What we are using, a bonded cellular
Peplink/Popup Wifi unit and created a mesh network to extend the coverage with TP-LINK outdoor Deco-X50s.
We expect about 40,000 people to attend the festival each day. And no, we are not suppling the festival go-ers with internet, just the festival staff of about 100 staffers.
Speeds are great, but when the place is packed later on, the speeds will drop to a little better than half of what i'm seeing now, which is still great for our use case.

It has been a busy couple weeks here at Igigo Communications. Enjoyed the great conversation while we live streamed the M4BL Member Congress. My team handled two days of streaming for the members who could not attend in person. It's always fun to help an organization that has not lived streamed on location before. We are good at guiding them through the process to completion.

Not a bad backdrop for my office, virtual media tour by the bay. Sarasota Bay that is. Talking all about Sarasota and all the great attractions and food to be had. Come on down snow-birds and enjoy the sun and fun. Handled on-location video, audio and IFB for three talents back to control room for distribution to local and national TV outlets.
