Finally time to bake a cut the jalapeno cheddar popper sourdough loaf! Honestly I don’t think it gets much better than this, this loaf is perfection. I’ll definitely add sour cream next time at the initial mix, I wonder if it will change the texture of the loaf? The bread oven I’m using is from Bulka Bannetons | Bread Proofing Baskets. It has given me the most gorgeous bakes. Let me know if you want a link for it ❤️

am always down to try a hack! This glove trick is supposed to tell you when you active sourdough starter is at peak and ready to use.
