Happy Mental Health Monday Friends!

I am SO PUMPED for this week! Lots of big things happening this week- and I’ll share today on Mental Health Monday!

But today, The glue gun…my enemy, lol. But, all kidding aside…how soothing is it to be able to pull that dried off glue of your fingers? You know once your burn off your first dermis of skin?

I love peeling it off. It hones me in to just pay attention to ONLY the glue. Everything else does not matter in those moments of peeling it off.

What else is soothing to you?
