State of Maine Defeated in Court - 500 Ft. Illegal Buffer Denied

John Andrade the street preacher known for co-hosting the Charlie Kirk vigil in Portland, preaching, and protesting abortions was handed a victory. The state continues to attempt to sue him for speaking too loudly near a clinic.

Like UK/Europe, Maine was trying to make it illegal to protest within 500 feet of abortion clinics. Surprisingly a judge ruled this was ridiculous and would violate constitutional rights.

More schools & districts decide to combat the Mills' Admin & The Maine Human Rights' lawsuit.

The Maine Human Rights Act protects both biological s*x & 'gender identity' - however that is a paradox. The Maine Human Rights Commission has decided to sue multiple districts, because they gave biological s*x precedent over the made up - 'Gender Ideology/Identity'.

The state of Maine is being forced to decide if female spaces, Title IX, and biological s*x supersede a Leftist ideology of self identification.

*The Maine Human Rights Commission could easily have sued schools for NOT protecting biological s*x, but instead decided to side with a post-modern Marxist ideology that states 'gender' is subject, can be changed at will, and there is no biological s*x protection.

We all know why Democrats are fighting teeth n nail to stop this data from coming out. It will expose endless fraud and illegal foreigners robbing us blind.

Here’s the latest BDN (aka Maine’s Pravda) poll. It appears they may have deleted the first one, which had over 90% support.

Everybody should want to help those who can’t help themselves and everybody should also want waste, fraud and abuse weeded out.

Why do Maine Democrats not want to be transparent with the federal government about who is receiving SNAP benefits in Maine? That’s all they have to do to keep benefits coming.

In the states that did comply, they found-
-186,000 dead people social security numbers being used.
-500,000 people that received benefits more than twice
-multiple people received benefits in 6 states

Accountability in government should never be just an option. It should be the norm.

Mainers take a stand against "Gender Ideology'. Woke Democrats created a paradox by changing the The Maine Human Rights Act. It's by law that both biological s*x & 'gender identity' must be protected or the institution can be sued.

The insanity of Maine Democrats have put everyone in an impossible situation. If schools allow non-binary biological males in the girl's locker rooms/sports they can be sued. If schools block males from doing so they can be sued.

Simultaneously Title IX which protects female spaces is ALSO violated on a federal level.

Conservatives are forcing Democrats to once and for all decide if someone's 'subjective' perception of themself supersedes biological s*x.

More districts/towns defy the Mills' admin & challenge the lawsuit to sue the Maine districts.

*The Maine Human Rights Act protects BOTH biological s*x and 'gender identity'. The paradox is that they conflict with each other & there has been no decision on which supersedes the other. If the Mills' admin wants to take these districts to court, they will have to on public record say that 'Gender Ideology & Identity' overrides 'biological s*x'.

**Until then, districts are legally allowed to interpret this how they want as there has been no guidance from the state.

Becky Fles was caught disparaging the conservative or non-Leftist board members at a workshop/meeting. Michelle Tucker moved to add censuring Becky Fles to the agenda. It was confirmed. When she arrived, it was no longer on the agenda.

When they went to approve, Michelle Tucker said 'point of order' & Becky Fles completely ignores her and Jeff Hanley makes his own 'point of order'....that is where the video starts.

**Listen to how one side speaks vs the other. The disdain for the Conservatives is so deep that they cannot even hide it.
