People see the aerials. The effortless shapes suspended in air, the softness, the flow, the illusion of ease…

But they don’t always see the quiet architecture beneath it ✨

The trembling strength work done in silence.
The devotion of returning again and again.
The rebuilding after breaking.
The choice to meet myself with care, even when life feels unbearably heavy.

Every season of my movement practice leaves something behind for the next version of me to rise from 🩷

What’s one quiet way you’ve been showing up for yourself lately, even in the smallest moments?

Cat-Cow looks simple… but there’s a reason it shows up in so many yoga classes 👀

This pose is more than just arching and rounding your back.

In this video, I break down:

✨ how to set up properly in tabletop
✨ where your hands and knees should land
✨ how to find a neutral spine first
✨ why the movement starts from the tailbone
✨ and how Cat-Cow helps warm up the spine, shoulders, and chest

The goal is not to rush through it.

The goal is to move with awareness, one vertebra at a time, so your body can wake up before you ask more from it.

Your practice is yours. I’m just here to help you understand it a little better ✨

We talked about Tadasana, also known as Mountain Pose…

Now let’s get into Uttanasana, or Forward Fold 👀

And if you thought Forward Fold was just your instructor telling you to bend over, touch your toes, and “get low” like you’re trying to win a Lil Jon contest at the club…

Not quite 😂

In this video, I break down what’s actually happening in Forward Fold, including:

✨ engaging the legs
✨ supporting the core
✨ keeping length through the spine
✨ knowing when to soften the knees
✨ using blocks or other modifications
✨ and understanding that depth is not the goal

Forward Fold is not about forcing your hands to the ground.

It’s about creating space through the back body, warming up the backs of the legs, and giving your body a strong, supported start to the practice.

You do not have to be flexible to practice this pose.

You just need options that meet your body where it is.

Your practice is yours. I’m just here to help you understand it a little better ✨

Why I call myself a yoga facilitator, not just an instructor ✨

For me, yoga isn’t about telling people what their practice should look like.

It’s about guiding you into a deeper conversation with your own body.

I’m here to help you notice what feels supportive, where your body may need a regression, where it may be ready for a progression, and how to move with more awareness instead of forcing yourself into shapes that don’t serve you.

Your practice is personal.

My role is to create a space where you can explore it safely, ask questions, refine your alignment, and build confidence in your body one pose at a time.

I’m still learning too, and that’s part of what makes this journey so beautiful.

We grow by staying curious.

Mountain Pose looks simple… until you realize how much is actually happening in the body 👀

In this video, I break down Tadasana from the ground up, including:

✨ grounding through the feet
✨ activating the legs
✨ engaging the core
✨ lengthening through the spine
✨ softening the shoulders
✨ and finding that strong, steady alignment that makes the whole pose come alive

Mountain Pose is one of those poses people tend to rush through, but it teaches so much about posture, presence, and body awareness.

This series is about slowing down, removing the guesswork, and helping you understand what your body is actually doing in each pose.

Your practice is yours. I’m just here to help you understand it a little better ✨

Easy Pose Isn’t As “Easy” As It Looks 👀 | Sukhasana Breakdown

Easy Pose (Sukhasana) seems simple… until you actually learn the mechanics behind it 👀

In this video, I break down proper alignment for Easy Seat, including:
✨ rooting through the sit bones
✨ stacking the spine naturally
✨ knee and hip positioning
✨ why switching the cross of your legs matters
✨ and how props like blankets and yoga blocks can completely change the experience of the pose

We also talk about something important:

Props are not signs of weakness or inability. They’re tools that help support your body so your nervous system can relax and your practice can grow safely over time.

This series is about removing the intimidation from yoga and helping people better understand their bodies—whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s practiced for years.

Your practice is yours. I’m just here to help you understand it a little better.

I’ve been practicing yoga for years… and even teaching aerial yoga…
but stepping into my 200-hour certification showed me something real:

There were still gaps in my understanding.

Not in a way that made me feel inadequate—
but in a way that made me curious, grounded, and ready to go deeper.

So I’m starting this series to take you with me.

We’re breaking down common yoga poses,
talking through the mistakes most people don’t even realize they’re making,
and exploring both regressions and progressions—
so your practice can actually meet you where you are.

Because yoga isn’t about performing the “perfect” pose.
It’s about understanding your body… and moving with intention.

My goal is simple:

To take the mysticism out of yoga,
bring clarity to the practice,
and create a space where beginners feel supported
and experienced yogis feel challenged to refine.

This is real learning.
Real growth.
In real time.

And you’re invited to be part of it. ✨
