๐ What if you could feel connected to a wave of peace moving across the world?
On World Labyrinth Day, Saturday, May 2, people across the globe will be stepping onto labyrinths at 1:00 p.m. in their local time zones, creating a rolling wave of hope and peace circling the earth.
And youโre invited to be part of that wave.
If youโre in the Austin area, join me at 1:00pm at Oak Hill United Methodist Church https://www.oakhillumc.org/post/walk-with-us-on-world-labyrinth-day
At 1:30pm Central, Iโll also open a Substack Live as a gentle window into our walk. https://open.substack.com/live-stream/186064?utm_source=live-stream-scheduled-upsell
There wonโt be much guiding or teaching, just the rhythm of the path and the shared field of intention. Songs of hope and peace will support us as Terry Mills sings with her acoustic guitar.
If youโd like to join:
Arrive a few minutes early.
Take a few slow breaths.
Set your intention of peace.
Then, as we begin:
Walk a labyrinth if you have access to one.
Trace a finger labyrinth.
Or simply sit, follow your breath, and watch our walk as your meditation.
As we each walk in the one oโclock hour in our own places, we become part of something larger, a quiet, collective movement of presence and peace.
When the live ends, pause.
Notice whatโs shifted, softened, or surfaced.
A reminder that even across distance, we are walking together.
I hope youโll join us.
Much love,
Jessica
