Here’s the frequently requested update on our flip house. We’ve experience issue after issue and delay after delay but was there to help do the heavy lifting when we went beyond our depths with Kitec waterlines and replacing our old water heater.

Don’t hold your breath for the laundry room reno though, that’s been on my list for a couple years but I’ll get to it 😂
