Happy New Year! I usually forego resolutions, but in my 45th year, I feel like I need to focus on myself a bit more. So, my resolutions are simple:
1. Read one non-parenting book per season.
2. Drink 24 ounces of water a day. (Yes, I know I need more than that.)
3. Use my Peloton once per month.

This is a low bar, but I have to start somewhere. 🫣 Feel free to share yours!
