The Spice Trade Tour kicked off at The Concourse Project, and it felt like the perfect place to start.

Indo Warehouse has spent the last several years building more than a sound. They have created a space where South Asian culture, dance music, and global influence can meet in a way that feels intentional, rooted, and alive.

The idea behind Spice Trade takes that even further. Inspired by the exchange of culture across South Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, the tour brings together different sounds, artists, and influences while keeping the Indo Warehouse identity at the center.

We sat down with Indo Warehouse at Concourse to talk about the story behind the movement, how the community has grown, what inspires the music, and where they are taking it next.

You never really know who’s watching.

Arobyss was scrolling one night when producer Shiane Giles posted a work in progress asking for feedback. As a joke, Arobyss slid the reaction all the way over to “I hate it,” assuming there was no way an artist with that many followers would ever see it.

The next morning, he woke up to a DM from Shiane saying his music was fire.
That moment became a reminder that even when it feels like your work is disappearing into the void, people are paying attention.

Keep showing up. Keep creating. You never know who might be on the other side of the screen.
