Korean drama "Now, We Are Breaking Up"
Outline: At the age of 28, Qiao Mei met her older brother while studying abroad and fell in love for two months before he left without saying goodbye. She spent ten years healing and gave up her career to return to her homeland. Her spiritual support was a photo taken on a night road. At the age of 38, she pursued her career and bought a luxurious house, living a refined life. She had an accidental one-night stand with her younger brother, who pursued her but was clearly rejected. Her good friend and her younger brother met through blind dates and she chased him but was rejected. The younger brother discovered that Qiao Mei was his older brother's ex-girlfriend and became interested in getting to know her better, realizing that they had been connected ten years ago. The night road photo was taken by the younger brother and was bought by Qiao Mei as a spiritual encouragement for him to continue photography. Over the ten years, they were each other's spiritual partners, entangled in ambiguity with one chasing and the other dodging. The older brother's fiancée, Qiao Mei's parents, the younger brother's adoptive mother, and Qiao Mei's boss all appeared on stage to hinder this pair of lovers. Later, they got together and helped each other in their careers, but were happy for only a few minutes. The reason the older brother left without saying goodbye was that he died in a car accident. The shadow of the older brother prevented the lovers from being together. In the later stages, the lovers revolved around whether to break up or how to break up.
Mei Shu, Qiao Mei's best friend, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and focused on saying goodbye to her daughter, husband, and friends. The tear points were dense. The saintly mother forgave her cheating husband, who also repented and turned over a new leaf.
Qiao Mei's parents revolved around her wife wanting to divorce to find herself and breaking up with her husband, who was a big man and lived an old-fashioned life.
Her good friend had a brief breakup with her loyal boyfriend, shedding hypocritical tears that barely passed the standard.
The three women, all 38 years old, pursued love and entrepreneurship, helping each other with a strong feminist style. The younger brother's adoptive mother and the older brother's fiancée were not simple villains; their characters were rich and idealistic, but also illusory. In the real world, rich people don't have such strong moral values and are willing to suffer losses without resorting to revenge, only reflecting on their own mistakes and suddenly understanding.
The cheating couple didn't have it so easy to let go of the past. The third party seemed like a good person, entrusting her daughter to her, all men fantasizing about a saintly woman in the world. Mothers wouldn't believe that a cheating father could be responsible, just like expired food, which might not cause food poisoning if eaten, but don't expect it to be nutritious or good for your health.
Four breakup relationships: couples, mother and daughter, husband and wife, best friends.
The ending first leaves suspense, clearing out after the breakup at a high point, stepping down from a thriving career position, starting a business from scratch and walking towards the younger brother, reuniting and reconciling.
If confident in being able to succeed in entrepreneurship, why prove it again? Haven't ten years of hard work already proven it? Is entrepreneurship that simple, like ordering takeout and casually putting it together? Today, you're still being rejected by manufacturers and bumping into walls everywhere, but tomorrow you're invited to Paris and become somewhat famous in the industry. Your field has its own time system, showing only the beginning and the end, not the process.
Clothes often appear in classic styles from the 1980s, as well as high-end brands, given the background in the fashion circle. The blue-striped black dress suits Qiao Mei best, a beauty in blue tones. She was liked during "Romantic Full House," hoping that girls pursuing careers will always be successful and happy, not getting married, making countless housewives envy you is enough.
