2005 SCORE Trophy Truck Season Point Champion: Shepard won the season title based on cumulative points across all races that year.

Race Wins: He secured individual race victories, including the SCORE San Felipe 250 in 2005 with co-driver Rick Geiser. He also had success as the overall and Trophy-Truck winner of the 2006 SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge.

The 2003 SCORE Trophy Truck season points champions were the brothers Tim and Ed Herbst. They secured their fourth shared class championship that year in the SCORE Desert Series, driving a Ford F-150 built by Herbst/Smith. 

The Herbst brothers were known for their consistency, which often led to season championships even if they didn't win every race outright. Their four championships (1999, 2000, 2002, and 2003) tied them with B.J. Baldwin for the most season point titles in the class's history at that time.
