✨ Today’s affirmation: I trust the rhythm of my life.

A quick post with a few photos and videos of one of the most beautiful experiences of my life: Lightning in a Bottle 2025.

The music was phenomenal, I made new lifelong friends, expanded as a person and had so much FUN ✨✨✨

Beyond grateful for everyone who helped me get there, have an incredible time whilst I was there and those who helped me return safely to reality ❤️🙏✨

✨ Today’s affirmation: Change feels safe for me.

✨ What a year. I always go into deep reflection mode at the end of every year. I know, I know it’s all arbitrary and time is an illusion, but whatever, it helps me navigate myself.

Some things I like to do at the end of the year:

♥️ Write about my year and lessons I’ve learnt

♥️ Create videos/collages/some form of art and enjoy reflecting on the good times

♥️ Tie up any loose ends, in terms of life admin, but also emotionally

♥️ Sometimes I like to send notes of gratitude to people who have made my year better in some way

♥️ Think ahead to the next year and visualise my next steps, potential goals and ideas

♥️ Be present with company or alone and enjoy the festivities ✨

✨ Today’s affirmation: Real love starts with me.

✨ I talk about love all the time. It’s antidote to suffering.

✨ However, real love includes using your voice to call out certain BEHAVIOURS and the IMPACT of others’ actions. The individual in question is still sacred, and therein lies the difference.

✨ We can lovingly and assertively speak our truth, whilst protecting the dignity of the perpetrator - this is what leads to changed behaviours and actions. Shaming and blaming only leads to further division and what we desperately need is UNITY 🫶🏽♥️
