Baltimore has plenty of dog-friendly patios, but these spots go a little further. 🐾
Think dedicated dog menus, pup cups, treats behind the counter, photo walls, water bowls, shady patios and staff who are genuinely happy to see four-legged regulars.
These are some of the places around Baltimore where the dog is more than just allowed to tag along.

📍 Bmore Licks — Patterson Park
Ice cream for you, a Doggie Delight for them.
The ordering window makes it convenient with a leash in hand, and the pup cup comes with vanilla soft serve topped with a dog biscuit, with peanut butter if you want to go all in. Then you’re only steps from Patterson Park for the inevitable post-ice-cream walk.
And yes, their regular ice cream lineup is massive too — hard scoop, soft serve, sundaes, flurries, milkshakes and vegan options.
📍 Good Boy Bagels | Baltimore Bagel Shop — Brewers Hill
When I need both a bagel fix and a dog fix, this is where I’m going.
The menu gets into the theme with “Old Dog” classics and “New Tricks,” including one of my favorites: the 40 Gold with housemade pit beef, fried eggs, onion and cheddar-horseradish cream cheese.
If you’re walking with your pup, order curbside under their name and breed instead of your car make and model. There are water bowls and biscuits outside, and visiting dogs can even get a Polaroid added to the collection inside.

🍕 Food by Raffy’s on 36th
This backyard-style b**r and cocktail garden is basically made for a cooler Baltimore afternoon.
There are picnic tables, plenty of umbrellas for shade, string lights, a covered deck and yard games, with dogs welcome throughout on leash and water bowls close by.
For 2026, nearby Raffy’s on 36th is handling the food with wood-fired pizza, wraps, salads and bar snacks right in the yard.
