A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of hosting the JA 18 Under 18 Awards Ceremony, and it was such a special experience.

This event celebrated some truly amazing young people who are already making an impact in big ways — from launching nonprofits to running successful businesses and using their voices, talents, and ideas to create change.

I was so honored to be part of a room filled with so much brilliance, purpose, and possibility.
