From creative activities to educational pathways and guided reflection toolkits, Mindful Heroes is designed to spark curiosity, foster early career exploration, and build a sense of purpose in the next generation of healers.

She will be joining the Norfolk State University Class of 2029, majoring in Biology with a concentration in Marine Science.

A special shoutout to my favorite trio—my babies!

This photo is almost 15 years old, and wow… how time flies.
That newborn in my mother’s arms is now a teenager, the middle baby is preparing to graduate high school, and the little girl in blue will be 20 this summer!

Watching them grow has been one of my greatest joys—and a powerful reminder of the importance of love, legacy, and mental wellness across every stage of life.
