Hi! 👋🏼

It’s been a minute.

Life has been lifing.

My family has been sick. A lot.

Then, thankfully we got well in time to attend my husbands family reunion in Florida because *BOY* was a vaca needed by us all - and we had such a wonderful wonderful time, truly.

Then came right back to some family in town visiting, and then sick AGAIN!

So my presence has been low here in social media land lately.

But - as the sunset on my 20+ year daytime career seems to be coming, I’m going to be more present here yet again.

Ready to share all the wonderful things I’ve learned about all things customer service and customer experience, maybe develop a course or two … 😉 and still be here to help your business with any administrative tasks you might need help with!

Fun Fact Friday: I have another business! This channel is dedicated to helping small businesses with customer experiences and communications - but I also practice what I preach! I have another business I’ve had for almost 8 years - I rent baby gear to traveling families! I rent my gear through a platform called BabyQuip. I’ve grown my business over the last 8 years using a lot of the techniques I talk about on this channel and it’s also a lot of the advice I give my fellow BabyQuip providers.
