Photo of an unknown gentleman from what is left of a very of photo album linked to the Risinger family in a local collection that I was lucky enough to photograph last year.

The Duffy Hotel - also known as the Riverside Inn.

Edit:
The hotel was built by A. Savery in the late 1800’s. It was later acquired by H.C. Duffy and was later passed to his daughter, Miss Laura Duffy. At various times is was known as the Bandera Hotel, Riverside Inn and the Duffy Hotel.

I don't have a 100 percent date on what year the hotel was built. It is said that Mr. Duffy acquired the building "not long after he arrived in Bandera" and opened a hotel.

The building is noted as being built not long after August Klappenbach built the first store building and Post Office in Bandera, which was later part of the George Hay residence (now known as the Bandera County Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Visitor Center).

It was torn down in 1945
