💀 My husband and I have recently started making our own pizzas from scratch. It takes more time than the delivery services (usually), but it’s been such a fun way to reconnect at the end of a work week. You should know I believe pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza, and I will die on this hill.

Regardless of the politics behind this move, it’s a good reminder to not keep all your eggs in one basket.

Social media is “rented property!” You don’t own it, and it could disappear at any time.

Don’t just diversify your social media platforms, diversify your marketing strategy! Network with actual humans! Create a legitimate email list! Get creative!

Small business is what brings the “charm” to a city and makes it unique. Tonight was a great step in reminding our city officials about that. Every problem has a solution, we may just not what it is yet, but a solid first step was taken tonight. My “word” during this year as VP of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce has been COMMUNICATION, and that’s exactly what happened tonight.

I’m excited to see where we go from here!
