Best way for kids to learn about food? Play! 🍎 Whether they’re tiny tots or teens, hands-on fun is the best way to spark curiosity and build healthy habits.
👶 Littles: Sort toy fruits and veggies by color or size, or play “grocery store” with a basket and pretend money.
👧 Elementary: Let them help measure, stir, or create silly food faces on their plates.
👦 Junior High: Challenge them to create their own balanced snack box with protein, fiber, and fun.
👩🎓 High School: Give them the reins. Pick a recipe together, budget the grocery list, and let them cook dinner for the family.
Food is fuel, but it’s also fun. Learning about it should always be shame-free and full of play. 💛
