you are loveddd 🤩❤️ I’ve always seen classes like this online and wondered how fun they actually were! Soooo ofc I had to check it out and see for myself…

I’m happy to share they’re fun AND truly push your body to work 🤣👏🏿 And it can look intimidating but you can definitely take it slow and modify as needed. I’m not saying that loosely either lol bc I sure did take breaks and opted out of doing the added choreo when I felt tired!

10/10 experience. The welcoming atmosphere really sealed the deal for me so I will take another class soon when I’m back home! :)
