🛑 STOP for school buses: Whether the bus is stopped or preparing to stop with red or amber lights flashing or its stop arm extended, you MUST stop for the entire duration.

🚦 Two-Lane Roads: All traffic in both directions must stop for a school bus.

🚧 Four-Lane Roads: Only vehicles traveling in the same direction as the bus need to stop. The other direction should proceed with caution.

This is the area where Spanish Town Road passes over the interstate, not far from the Laurel Street exit.

A Tsunami Watch has been issued for the entire U.S. West Coast and the state of Hawaii following a massive 8.8 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Kamchatka — the strongest quake since 2011.

Tsunami warnings are also in effect for parts of eastern Russia, with alerts extended to Japan, Alaska, and Guam.

: An 8.8 magnitude earthquake has occurred off the east coast of Russia. This is the strongest earthquake on the planet in 14 years (2011 Japanese Tōhoku earthquake).

Warning in effect for the Aleutian Islands in Alaska and . The entire West Coast of the United States is under a Tsunami Watch.

After closing in Sept. 2023 for major renovations, the downtown marketplace is nearly ready. Updates have improved both flow and function, reflecting BREADA’s mission to connect the community with local food and farmers.

We can look forward to a new coffee shop that will feature seasonal produce and artisan goods from local farmers and food producers.
