Still showed up to my teacher cohort because this next chapter ain’t gonna build itself.

Feeling Like Sh*t? Go to the Gym.

I didn’t feel like showing up today… but I showed up anyway. Sometimes the gym isn’t about looking cute, losing weight, or being perfect. Sometimes it’s just about moving the bad mood out your body and proving to yourself that you’re still in the game.

This is my comeback era — messy, sweaty, honest, and real. 💪🏽✨
