Working out while on vacation.
For us, staying active is not about sticking to a strict routine or chasing perfection. It is about taking care of ourselves so we can continue showing up as our best selves for each other.
Even while traveling, making time to move, laugh, and encourage one another becomes another way we strengthen our connection. It is not about the workout itself, but about sharing the experience together.
Because healthy relationships are built through intentional choices, whether that means exploring a new city, enjoying a quiet morning walk, or fitting in a quick workout before the day begins.
