✨ From a Sunday Call to a New Beginning ✨

I’ll never forget—one Sunday afternoon while I was watching the kids swim, I got a call.
“Hi, you don’t know me, but you helped my son buy a house years ago… and I need your help.”

She went on to explain her situation—limited budget, out of state, and running out of options. If we didn’t find something soon, she was facing homelessness. Of course, I said yes.

It wasn’t easy. We made calls, looked at homes virtually, hit roadblocks, and even had to wait on a TN Care letter while working with a seller who was out of state settling an estate. But little by little, the pieces came together.

With the help of Chaffin Title (always knocking it out of the park 🙌) and a seasoned agent, Frank, who not only made the deal smoother but also reminded me why I love this business—we got it done. Frank has promised me lunch and to meet my pups, and I’m holding him to that! 🐾

Most importantly, the Scotts now have a place to call home. And the fact that their son thought enough of me to pass along my name and number? That means the world. 💙
